DECRETO Nº 31.193, DE 12 DE JANEIRO DE 2026.

Dispensa da convocação para o serviço ativo integrantes do Corpo Voluntário de Militares do Estado da Reserva Remunerada.

O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DE RONDÔNIA, no uso das atribuições que lhe confere o art. 65, caput, inciso V, da Constituição do Estado , DECRETA:

Art. 1º Ficam dispensados da convocação para o serviço ativo, ex offício, em caráter transitório, os Policiais Militares integrantes do Corpo Voluntário de Militares do Estado da Reserva Remunerada, abaixo relacionados, a contar de 8 de junho de 2025, de acordo com o art. 9º., caput, inciso II, alínea "a", da Lei nº 1.053 , de 22 de fevereiro de 2002, que "Cria o Corpo Voluntário de Militares do Estado da Reserva Remunerada e dispõe sobre a convocação dos inscritos para serviço ativo em caráter transitório, na forma prevista no artigo 9º do Decreto-Lei nº 09 -A, de 9 de março de 1982.", convocados por meio do Decreto nº 26.114 , de 7 de junho de 2021, e prorrogados por meio do Decreto nº 30.522 , de 5 de agosto de 2025:

I - no município de Cacoal:

Parágrafo único. Em razão do disposto no caput, ficam os Policiais Militares revertidos à situação em que se encontravam na Reserva Remunerada.

Art. 2º Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, com efeitos administrativos a contar de 8 de junho de 2025.
