Prorroga cedências de Praças da Polícia Militar de Rondônia e dá outras providências.
O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DE RONDÔNIA, no uso das atribuições que lhe confere o inciso V do artigo 65 da Constituição do Estado , DECRETA:
Art. 1º Ficam prorrogadas as cedências dos Policiais Militares, do Quadro de Praças Policiais Militares Combatentes - QPPM, abaixo relacionados, para exercerem funções de natureza policial - militar na Casa Militar, com ônus para o Órgão de origem, no período de 1º de janeiro a 31 de dezembro de 2025, em conformidade com o inciso I do
§ 2º do art. 24 do Decreto-Lei nº 09 -A, de 9 de março de 1982, que "Dispõe sobre o Estatuto dos Policiais Militares da Polícia Militar do Estado de Rondônia e dá outras providências.", e art. 46 da Lei nº 4.302 , de 25 de junho de 2018, que "Dispõe sobre a Organização Básica e as atribuições dos Órgãos da Polícia Militar do Estado de Rondônia e dá outras providências.":

Parágrafo único. Os Policiais Militares, quando necessário e devidamente requisitados pelo Comandante-Geral da Polícia Militar de Rondônia - PMRO, atuarão na Polícia Militar no período de estado de calamidade pública, em policiamento extraordinário, especial, em grandes eventos, para compor comissões e instruir procedimentos apuratórios no âmbito da Corporação, bem como concorrerem em escalas de serviços compatíveis às suas respectivas Graduações.
Art. 2º Os Praças continuarão agregados ao Quadro de Praças Policiais Militares Combatentes - QPPM, pelo mesmo período de suas cedências, em consonância com o inciso I do
§ 1º do artigo 79 do Decreto-Lei nº 09 -A, de 1982.
Art. 3º Os Policiais Militares permanecerão no Quadro Especial dos Militares do Estado de Rondônia - QEPM/QEBM, durante o intervalo de suas cedências, conforme estabelecido no art. 2º da Lei nº 3.514 , de 5 de fevereiro de 2015, que "Cria o Quadro Especial dos Militares do Estado de Rondônia - QEPM/QEBM, no âmbito das Corporações Militares, e dá outras providências.".
Art. 4º Os Policiais Militares encontrar-se-ão adidos à Ajudância-Geral, para efeitos de alterações e remuneração, de acordo com o art. 80 do Decreto-Lei nº 09 -A, de 1982.
Art. 5º Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publicação, com efeitos administrativos e financeiros, a datar de 1º de janeiro de 2025.
